By creating an account or using the Lyre Leads platform ("Service"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lyre Leads ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and will use the Service solely for lawful B2B purposes.

The Service is intended exclusively for B2B (business-to-business) use. It is not intended for, and must not be used for, targeting private individuals as consumers.
Access to search and AI evaluation features is governed by a token system:
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Danish Marketing Practices Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and any other anti-spam or data protection legislation applicable in the jurisdictions of the businesses you contact. The lawfulness of how you use retrieved data is entirely your responsibility.
The Service is designed for prospecting and contacting businesses, not individuals acting in a private capacity. Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing business contact data, it is your responsibility to establish and document that legal basis.
You must not send unsolicited bulk commercial email to contacts found through the Service, use discovered email addresses in violation of recipients' opt-out preferences, deceive recipients about the source or nature of your communications, or use the Service to build email lists in violation of applicable anti-spam laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for spam.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

Search results are retrieved from third-party providers including SerpAPI, and ultimately sourced from Google Maps and other public directories. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this underlying data.
Lead enrichment is performed by automated analysis of publicly accessible business websites. Enriched data represents a snapshot at the time of enrichment and may quickly become outdated.
AI-generated lead scores are probabilistic estimates produced by a third-party language model (OpenAI). They are not guarantees of lead quality or any other outcome. Do not make significant business decisions based solely on AI scores.
We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service. All data is provided "as is."
Lyre Leads offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed at lyreleads.com/pricing. All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on file until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.
Except where required by applicable law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive's 14-day cooling-off period for digital services where applicable), subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] within 30 days if you believe you have been charged in error.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We own all rights to the Lyre Leads platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding. You retain ownership of data you upload. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use retrieved data for your own legitimate business development purposes.
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or impose usage limits to protect system stability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for the accuracy of data provided, actions taken based on that data, loss of business revenue or profits, indirect or consequential damages, or service interruptions. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lyre Leads and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
The Service integrates with Google Maps (via SerpAPI), OpenAI, and Stripe. Use of these services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.
You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, illegal activity, spam/abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days for retrieval before permanent deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] first to resolve any dispute informally.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
