One Company, Several Decision-Makers, Each Email Verified

Most lead tools hand you one contact per company. But the person who answers the phone is not always the person who signs off. When a business names several people worth reaching, we find a verified email for the top few, and we tell you, for every address, exactly where it came from.

The one-contact problem

Open almost any lead export and you get a single contact per row. One name, one email, if you are lucky. It is tidy, and it quietly costs you deals, because a business is rarely one person. A plumbing company has an owner, an office manager, and a lead estimator. A dental practice has two partners. An agency has a founder and a head of new business. Reaching the wrong one is not a warm lead, it is a forwarded email that dies in someone's inbox.

The reason tools give you one contact is not that one is enough. It is that finding more is harder, and finding more with verified emails is harder still. So most tools stop at the first name they can attach an address to and move on.

What we do instead

When we enrich a business, we read its site for the people it actually names: owner, founder, manager, principal. Those names go into the record together, ranked so the decision-makers come first. Then, for the top few, we find an email for each person, not just the first one.

The result is that a single company can arrive with several reachable contacts, each mapped to the right person. You decide who to approach, the owner for the pitch, the office manager for logistics, rather than being handed one address and hoping it is the right desk.

"The person who answers is not always the person who decides. Your lead list should let you tell them apart, and reach either one."

Every address, labeled by where it came from

Here is the part that makes multiple contacts trustworthy instead of just numerous. For every email, we tell you its provenance.

A business email that the company published on its own website is marked scraped. It is the business telling the world how to reach it. A decision-maker's personal address that we found by matching their name to likely patterns is marked generated, and it is only ever shown after SMTP verification confirms it is deliverable. Two kinds of email, two labels, never blended into one anonymous column.

This distinction is the whole game. A generated address that verifies is deliverable, but it is still an inference, and you deserve to know that so you can weigh it. A scraped address is a stated fact. As far as we know, we are the only tool in the category that tells you, per address and per person, which is which. If you want the full reasoning, we wrote it up in what "95% email accuracy" actually means.

We never show a guess we have not confirmed

It would be easy to inflate contact counts by generating an address for every name and shipping them all. That is exactly the practice that makes people distrust lead data. We do the opposite. A generated address is surfaced only when SMTP verification confirms it, and never on a catch-all domain where deliverability cannot be proven. When we cannot confirm a person's email, we say nothing rather than hand you a plausible construction dressed up as real.

So the several contacts you get on a company are not padding. Each verified email earned its place by confirming as deliverable, and each carries a label telling you whether it was published or matched. More reach, without giving up the honesty.

Why this changes the outreach

Multi-threading a company, reaching two or three people rather than one, is standard practice in enterprise sales for a reason: it routes around the single point of failure. The one contact who ignores you, or left last month, no longer sinks the account. Bring that discipline to small and mid-sized businesses, where the decision-maker is often one desk away from the inbox you would otherwise hit, and a good list turns into a working pipeline.

You get the coverage of several contacts, the safety of verified-only emails, and the judgment that comes from knowing which addresses were published and which were matched. That combination is the point. Reach more of the right people, and always know what you are looking at.
